Our goal is to guarantee 100% satisfaction with our customers. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any product purchased from SanitationTools.com, you may return it within 30 days by calling (877) 494-4364 or by emailing us at info@sanitationstrategies.com with the following exceptions and guidelines:

• SanitationTools.com must be notified of any problems within 30 days of you receiving the merchandise for a return authorization number.  No returns will be acceptable without a return authorization number.  Please call 517-347-8804 for a return authorization number.
• All products being returned for a refund or credit must be returned in their original unused condition unless otherwise specified.  Equipment that has been used will be subject to a higher restocking charge. Sanitationtools.com reserves the right to refuse the return of used equipment.
• For quality purposes, disinfectants, disinfectant wipes, sanitizing wipes, hand sanitizing products, pH strips, temperature tapes, and all other test strips may not be returned.
• Software and Videos must be in original packaging and unopened.
• All refunds on new and unused equipment will be the original invoice amount less the outbound shipping charges and a 20% restocking charge.  All unused equipment returned must be in resaleable condition.
• All refunds on used equipment will be the original invoice amount less the outbound shipping charges and a 50% restocking charge. 
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
